I contacted Propest control because I had swarms of wasps all around my house in a virginia creeper shrub. Jake said that there was no significant signs of a nest. So he recommended that I have the creeper removed as the only way to get rid of the wasps other wise the wasps would return in following years. So he did a good job removing both the creeper and the wasps.

Really fast and efficient service. Jake took the time to explain what he was going to do and made sure to say to keep in touch with any issues.

Jake arrived on time and efficiently took care of a hornet’s nest in our chimney breast. We had grandchildren coming the next day.

When Jake arrived I explained I'd seen a queen hornet enter the shrubs a few days earlier and there were now a number of hornets flying in and out. He took a quick look, spotted a couple of bees and told me he couldn't do anything about bees and the hornets were just coming to eat them. Despite my insistence, he would not treat the area. He then charged me an £80 call out charge! but did say he would come back free of charge if he was wrong. Rang him a two weeks later, said he didn't remember promising that, but he woul check his diary and call back. Needless to say he never called back!
