Absolutely fantastic service from Proper Waste Ltd. Shaun collected the items at a time that was more suited to my family member than it was for himself. He phoned me the morning of collection letting me know he was 10 mins away. Then called back an hour or so later to let me know that its all be collected. 100% recommend Proper Waste Ltd.

Shaun (Proper Waste LTD), as usual, was punctual, reliable and friendly. As a customer returning for the second time, Proper Waste Management provide clear communication over WhatsApp or text with no 2nd guessing what the cost of work might be. I contacted Proper Waster Management over WhatsApp and within 5mins had a quote and an appointment! On the day, they provide confirmation of time and price. They worked quickly and professionally. After some poor experiences in the past, it was a breath of fresh air to have such great service. Proper Waste Management - a proper good job!

I couldn't get a day off I'm the week and he offered to collect over the weekend. I used my own bags and had some loose items. Shaun and team (his partner) were approachable and friendly.
