  Cantilever balcony. Replaced the whole structure, installed new timber support, cladding and drain.

  The work that Property Renovation Solutions have done on our house was fantastic. To keep us updated on the work being conducted we were sent regular videos of their progress. Organising the work was simple, easy and nothing was too much trouble. Overall an extreme efficient service and incredibly friendly and informative on what work needed to be done. I would highly recommend.

  Unpleasant experience, unprofessional behaviour and not detailed oriented

  We used Property renovation solutions for works in our garden, which included laying of a concrete base, tiling a patio area and replacing some fence panels. Unfortunately we were totally disappointed with the work done - to the point that we did not let them tile the patio but called someone else instead - but above all with the appaling and unacceptable treatment we received from Anthony, in particular. They tried to argue that their quote was only an estimate halfway through and when challenged they shouted unacceptably at an 8 months pregnant woman. Definitely do not recommend.

  Initial plans lacked detail, requiring clarification and causing scope uncertainty. At your instruction, concrete was repositioned against the fence despite access constraints; finish concerns were later rectified. Additional costs arose due to greater concrete depth, which we advised was higher the original estimate. Communication was at times difficult. All works were completed, but we mutually agreed not to continue further phases. Total received was £4,540, resulting in an estimated £2,000 loss. We stand by the structural quality of the work.

  Anthony, Dean and Jamie have been absolutely brilliant. They have done kitchen, transformed porch, decorated stairs bedroom lounge and done outside work. I honestly don't think there is anything they can't do, they are very skilled friendly and reasonably priced. They have gone over and above for me sourcing items that I have been unable to manage to get myself. They have been willing to pick up odd things around the house that needed fixing. They are trustworthy and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Anyone elderly or alone would be completely at ease with them
