We recently hired this builder for a garage conversion and a toilet refresh, along with new electrical and plumbing work inside the house. From start to finish, David and the team was helpful, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Every member of the crew was polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the conversion is excellent, with attention to detail throughout. They handled new electrical installations, water pipe work, and also fitted a new boiler and water cylinder smoothly and professionally. Will recommend to others.

David and his team carried out a full kitchen refurbishment and creation of a downstairs cloakroom. Works included installing two skylights and French doors. I used Property Refurbishments Guildford for the complete renovation of a 3 bedroom bungalow. Works included new plumbing and electrics, skirting, doors, kitchen, bathroom suites, re-plastering and a knock through. Dave and Team were fantastic and handled the project with care and diligence. They also addressed the area specific issue of low water pressure by way of a roof space accumulator. Post project support has also been excellent as I thought it would be. David and team carried out a complete refurbishment on our home. They removed an internal wall, fitting RSJs to support the upper level of our home, to create a large kitchen/family room, Bifold doors were fitted out to garden, the new kitchen complete with island was fitted by the team. 2 new bathrooms were installed and a new laundry room created. New radiators, underfloor heating, electrical work, plumbing, painting and decorating were all carried out. David project managed the whole job, his team were great guys, tidy, polite and friendly. We are extremely happy with the end result.
