  Shower booster pump installation

  Ivan and the team did an excellent job with our shower booster pump installation. The communication and quote was the clearest I've ever experienced, with Ivan coming for an initial visit to diagnose the issue before then returning a few days later to fix our water pressure. He went above and beyond, installing additional isolation valves to enable easy future maintenance. The new pipework and electrics were installed very neatly and he was even able to modify our shelf to accommodate the larger fixtures. An excellent service for a very fair price, I would certainly use them again.

  Macerator replacement

  Ivan handled our job with urgency, quality, creativity, and discipline. He even gave up time over the weekend to repair our only toilet in the house. Would highly recommend!

  High‑Quality Work from Start to Finish

  I had an excellent experience with Ivan. He installed a water pressure pump professionally and efficiently, and while on site he also identified an electrical issue with the hot water cylinder, which he also fixed. Communication throughout was excellent and everything was clearly explained in a written quotation. What really stood out was the attention to detail from start to finish and left a clearly labelled tag on the pump with his contact details and the installation date, which is a great reference for the future. Reliable, knowledgeable, and very thorough that I would highly recommend!

  Ivan is Very efficient, Very organised, punctual. Very thorough knowledgeable and focussed. Worked very hard removed and replaced the door of the box. Organises help with the removal. Excellent communication m, Can’t fault. Came back to make sure it was ok with an air bubble. 200% care and professionalism. I fully recommend Ivan.

  Dishwasher fix

  They were brilliant and efficient fixing the issue with our dishwasher quickly. Ivan explained what was wrong gave us options ordered in the parts and fixed the dishwasher quickly which is essential in a big family. His communication was good and follow-up afterwards was good. Would you recommend him to anyone.
