Ivan came around extremely quickly and on a Sunday, and did a thorough check of the washing machine before confirming what was wrong with it. Offered to order the part, but I was able to source it myself and returned the very next day to fit and get our washing machine back up and running! Wonderful job!Verified reviewerJob location: SE1
