Render to the front and back of the house repainted, along with gutter repairs and fascia boards painted. Scaffolding arranged as part of the job. All work completed to a very high standard and communications throughout were excellent, thank you.

Fernando was great from the beginning: Got back super quick, came round to see what needs to be done, sent me a quote shortly after. Easy to speak to when I had extra requests or needed advise. When I accepted the quote he made sure the job got done within my time frame. Steve came to paint, he is extremely friendly, was so amazingly quick (!!) and everything got done so well, clean and within one working day. Fernando even took the time to come by the same day to make sure I was happy with everything before sending me the invoice. I know who to ask next time when I need a painter. Thank you!!

Very pleased with the work that was carried out, the house now looks totally refreshed. Everybody from Propertypac was really helpful and worked hard to make sure the quality was top notch but also that the work was completed on time. Before the work started we discussed all the options up front and then received a modern and professional quote with no sales pressure applied whilst we decided what to do. All in all can’t fault the service we received and will definitely use/recommend this company again.
