  My bathroom shower was leaking so the grout between the tiles was taken out and completely replaced.

  Electric and plumbing work

  I was impressed with the way this company,engineer identified the problem in my property and immediately layed out the proposal and in short time the undertaken work was finished and I was so thankful. I’d like to add that the engineer went extra mile for some work which wasn’t proposed on the first instance .Thank you and I ‘d recommend for the other customers.

  Cleaning of patio

  Left a request on Sunday, contacted within half an hour. I wasn't worried about when the work could be carried out but John said he would be at the property just after midday. I left the side gate unlocked and I nipped home on my lunch break. I could see that huge progress had been made and the majority of the patio had already been cleaned and was looking great. John did advise me that some repointing needed to be done, which I was aware of. He was not looking for another job but giving the advice. Brilliant clean up when finished and apart from the clean patio, you wouldn't know they'd been!

  The team at Property Maintenance did a fantastic job on my flat. Communication throughout was excellent, works carried out to quote and deadline, and return for very minor make-good work was done promptly. Really, everything I hoped for when trying to get works done from abroad. They have my highest recommendation.

  We were very pleased with Endrit and his brother's work. They initially came for a first assessment of the various tasks and commented on realistic delivery goals, schedules, and did not disappoint. They were eventually able to solve some electrical problems which previous electricians had given up on. Very impressed overall and will definitely use this company again.
