  Ruary was fantastic from start to finish. Reliable, trustworthy and highly skilled. He kept me informed when he was going out ( for example to get slabs, stones, sand etc) and did the job in a timely manner. I am so pleased with his work it is outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

  Outstanding Garden Clearance - Highly Recommend

  I recently contacted Property Hall for a full garden clearance, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Ruari was professional, efficient, and incredibly hard-working. My garden was overgrown with weeds and unwanted clutter, but he cleared everything and left the space spotless. He went above and beyond, using his knowledge and creativity to dig up some bulbs and space them around our garden, ready for Spring! I am looking forward to having him back for future garden landscaping jobs. I would highly recommend Property Hall.

  Old shed replaced

  Ruari dismantled my old shed, laid a new base, and built the new shed in place. There were a few minor hiccups with timing but the communication was excellent. The new shed has a few flaws but I put those down to the quality of the shed I bought (I only needed something cheap to store tools, etc). Ruari explained most of the problems he encountered and the work he undertook to compensate for them. The new base is excellent so all in all, I can recommend Ruari's work (...but perhaps not the shed that I purchased independently)
