Very professional yet friendly manner and work was carried out to a very high standard using best quality materials. I’m super happy and have already recommended to both friends and neighbours. Excellent experience had from initial first contact, Sam answered my SOS for urgent repair works on a leaking roof next to chimney stack due to broken tiles, lead not seated and felt hanging internally in roof space. Sam was clear, polite, genuine and very quick in coming out, reviewing and repairing, all within 24hrs from start to finish. Agreed on a price before works started and Sam kept me updated through the works taking place. Will have no hesitation in using Sam and his team again for future works which I have already discussed.
