I called Gareth when my toilet was blocked last week. He and Paul came that same afternoon and cleared the blockage. The problem had been with the main drain and he did a video of the drain and prepared a report for me to submit to Severn Trent making it clear that it was their problem. He also gave me clear guidance on how to contact Severn Trent and what to say as he thought they might reimburse me for his fee. It was all very straightforward and I didn't end up out of pocket. Gareth is very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for a brilliant job.

Excellent company, cannot fault his work. He came on time, advised how long it would take, communicated throughout the whole process. Turned up to start on Easter Monday (never known a contractor do this). Clean and tidy, knows his stuff very professional and a lovely guy. Would highly recommend

I am so lucky I used property drain check and could not recommend Property Drain Check enough. I had a leak at my property caused by a faulty gulley Severn Trent could not find the issue so I called Gareth who used his cameras which revealed a cracked gulley. A great local company who really knows his stuff. Thankyou for all of your help.
