In a word, exceptional. From the first phone call to arrange a survey, I felt confident I was in good hands and PCS did not disappoint. The whole project was completed with care and professionalism. Special mention to Lisa for organising everything so efficiently and to Joe and Stefan for their hard work, reliability, genuine courtesy and for making the process smooth and stress-free, and for taking the trouble to leave everything clean and tidy upon completion each day. We needed a damp proof course in our cloakroom. The job was managed in an exemplary fashion - from Brian who made the initial report, to Lisa who sorted the booking and all the paperwork to the high quality workmanship of Joe and Steffon. It was a messy job but the guys took the utmost care to protect the sanitary ware, floor etc and to clean up afterwards. This is the second time PCS has helped us out and I would recommend them without hesitation

PCS have been our go to team for any damp work since 2017, when they resolved an issue in our old house which other companies failed to diagnose and address correctly. From first meeting, their experience and genuine understanding of what causes damp was clear, and they talked more clearly and honestly with us than anyone had before. They understand the nature of buildings, the reality and nuance of what causes issues, and perhaps most importantly, they remedy those issues with careful working practices and attention to detail.
