  Replace flat roof about 20 ft x 20ft

  One of the best experiences I have had with a trade in more than 40 years of home ownership! This was also my first experience of Checkatrade and I can’t recommend it strongly enough. Immediate referral to several tradesmen, almost immediate expressions of interest from trades and very quick arrangement of inspections and quotes. Property Care have communicated excellently and done what and when they said. Their team arrived on time, worked really well as a team and have done a job with which I’m well satisfied. I have now agreed another job with them. I recommend the company unreservedly.

  Roof ridge tile repair

  The two roofers arrived at the expected time and introduced themselves. They inspected the problem, explained what work was required and gave me a quote for cost. The men were smart, courteous and professional. They cleaned up all mess when they completed the work and took away a debris. I am very satisfied with the work done and would be confident to use the company again.

  I had some roofing issues & Isaac was great from the start. Clear advice with no pressure and he was in regular contact with updates. The team were super efficient & I am absolutely delighted with the job, can’t recommend highly enough.

  Coal effect gas fire not drawing. Cowl on chimney inadequate. Cowling x2 replaced

  It was good. Guys attended on time. Identified problem. Had to go off to obtain parts->came back at agreed time. Did the job and now the fire can go on; drawing well. Probably a bit pricey but got the job done with no obvious problems. Thanks guys

  Great job done by Isaac and his guys. Great communication from start to finish. Full replacement of a large flat roof was completed nice and quick to a high standard. Hopefully won't need a roofer again any time soon but if I do, I'll be giving Isaac a call. Highly recommend.
