Jacob was absolutely brilliant, fitted us in after just a few days, he arrived on time and got to work, he did a really good job sorting out our unsafe bannister, taking it off and putting in new fixings etc, then it was back up and stronger than ever, also took care to minimise mess and cleaned up after. We wanted a complete bathroom refit with everything changed around but didn’t know where to start. Jacob and his colleague arrived on time and were polite and considerate. They didn't appear to stop working at any time - evening working through coffee/lunch breaks.
