  Lots of different repairs all at high quality

  Clark is reliable friendly, communication clear, always on time. Quoted works with full breakdown explaining different jobs. Clark was honest about job he couldn't do with roof which I really appreciated honesty as too many trades people pretend they can do things they can't. The works were all done to high standard and affordable price and I would highly recommend Clark to anyone needing repointing, fachias, internal wall filling in with sealant dye to something blown in the brick work that looked like coal. Clark explained everything thoroughly to me in a way I could understand.

  Building a Kitchen extension and utility room extension on bungalow

  Clark is very courteous, respectful, professional and polite. Always turns up on time, despite some adverse weather conditions. Kept me informed at every stage of the development. His brickwork and workmanship is excellent. He is mindful of others ensuring my immediate neighbours are kept updated at all times. I can’t praise him enough.   Board & plaster Attic fail - Not finished, I've paid, not picking up phone :(

  I am really sad to have to write this review. Clark & I worked well over months so when he asked me to pay for the remaining work for the attic, there was enough trust do this pre-Christmas 2023. Sadly, he started another job & said our work would be complete by end of Jan 2024. It wasn't! He showed up sporadically for eve work Jan - Aug 2024 and we were being patience and amicable. Now in Feb 2025 the work remains incomplete and he is ignoring our texts / calls :(. Very sad as we have had quotes to complete coming in at 4.8K and we have no savings left to foot this bill again. VERY SAD :(

  Clark has been prompt in responding to any communication. Very knowledgeable in his field of work and has gone above and beyond to ensure the work he has carried out to last. Kept to budget and time frame. Any changes we wanted to the plan he has accommodated easily. Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely contact him in the future for any other building works.

  External Building Works

  This company undertook external building works in and around the garden area. This entailed concrete works such as a ramp, platform, a path and a shaped row of steps. The work also included retaining walls in brick and block work. The works was carried out to a high quality and we found it exemplary. The owner who undertook all of the work was courteous and professional throughout. In the next month it is our intention to use this company again to carry out building works to a new bathroom.
