I can’t recommend Proper Heat highly enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. When we had an urgent plumbing issue, they responded quickly, arrived right on time, and immediately put us at ease with their professionalism and knowledge. The team was courteous, respectful of our home, and explained everything clearly before carrying out the work. Not only did they solve the problem efficiently, but they also went above and beyond—checking the rest of the system and offering helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues.

Great experience fixing my boiler. Would definitely use again

We had Jay over after buying our new house. He serviced our boiler and we are now registered on a service plan so that 1 less thing to worry about in the future. He talked us through how the system worked and even sorted a couple of radiators that had not been working. The service plan is a big plus for us, we would much rather have a trustworthy local company at the end of the phone over one of the giant faceless nationals.

Proper Heat were great to deal with from start to finish and very transparent. Easy booking, was kept in the loop all the way through with reminder messages and even could track the engineer on the day. Serviced boiler efficiently and have been added into there system for my annual boiler service for next year
