Rio and his team painted and decorated my whole apartment. From the first day when they came to price up the job to the intricate prep work they did to ensure everything was covered and protected. They were neat and tidy packing their stuff away daily ensuring it was never in the way of others. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. With Rio’s extensive knowledge, he helped me pick the right colours for each room to give that homie feel. The work they did was outstanding I can’t express how delighted I was with their work. I will definitely use proper decorators in future projects.

Rio and his team were professional, friendly and very experienced. They guided me through the process of choosing colour and made recommendations and suggestions. I had them in 2 weeks before we moved into our home and they went over and beyond to make sure they were finished before we moved in. They've turned our house into a home.

PERFECTIONISM, and taking a REAL PRIDE in work are rare, endangered species in this country nowadays. The curses of sloppiness and ineptitude abound. Proper Decorators - a family firm in the old style - are one of that rare breed. The commitment and artisan skill with which Rio and Karim work is of the very highest quality... We commissioned Proper to entirely redecorate an apartment in Chiswick, which they did to such perfection, that we then engaged them to do another, albeit recently done. Ambitious color schemes and fine-tuned brushwork no problem - all undertaken with grace & enthusiasm.

A quote was provided quickly and work was started on time as agreed. I was very happy with the service provided the job was completed on time and to a very high standard and the property was left in a very clean and tidy manner. Would definitely recommend and use proper decorators again.

Rio did an excellent job repainting our house and all the woodwork. The team were punctual and polite (lovely with kids and a cat too!) and the workmanship is excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Rio has left me with an amazing looking house. His attention to detail was incredible and he was an absolute joy to have about, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and 100% trustworthy. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m keeping him!
