  They replaced our sockets that had stopped working(burnt). After replacing them, tested it, and cleaned the area afterwards. They are very punctual and professional in what they do. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

  Gas cooker, oven and saniflo stopped working due to a tripped fuse

  Excellent service and highly efficient. They were able to attend the very next day and resolved the fault quickly. As soon as I showed the engineer the issue, he immediately knew what to do and clearly explained what had happened and how it was fixed. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

  Regrettably the recent work was substandard. The operative showed a lack of respect for the property (did not take shoes off when requested). Poor attention to detail included fitting a wrong switch (standard instead of dimmer) and one of the switches was installed upside down without being remedied. Tidiness was disregarded throughout. Overall, the service was unprofessional and well below par.

  Changing socket

  Everything was quick and responsive. Only thing was that I had to pay upfront, which I did - but wasn’t aware if it was a common practice. Again, other than this from booking to job completion, everything was great even on a Saturday!

  Kitchen fittings

  A highly recommended electrician. He was punctual, fully equipped and conducted himself in a professional manner at all times. He explained what the fault was with the electric oven socket. He then removed the faulty socket and fitted a new socket. The oven is now in fully working order. At the end of the repair, the electrician cleaned up after himself, disposing of any rubbish as a result of completing the job.
