  My mother and I had spent a couple of nights without any lights working upstairs. I got in touch with Proper Connection Ltd and was immediately able to speak to someone who sent an electrician to assess our situation. Within 30 seconds of arriving Sanchos had diagnosed the problem and was also able to fix it. We were also fortunate that he had a spare outside light for us to replace the rusted and incorrect fitting we had. We paid for them to come out to us and the light fitting, overall there pricing and professionalism was extremely fair. We couldn't be any happier with their work.

  Replace electric shower

  Jerome arrived early and quickly got on with the replacement shower. It was trickier than expected because of a small washer that wouldn’t behave but he persevered and did an excellent job , would thoroughly recommend this firm. Was initially surprised at payment up front but having read previous reviews I was happy to do this.
