  Supply and fit new bathroom heated towel rail/radiator

  We have used this company many times over the years and always found them courteous and reliable. Peter and Ian responded quickly to us messaging them and called by to assess the job and give us a quote. They returned a few days later to complete the work. Our old bathroom radiator was disconnected, removed and replaced with a new one they sourced on our behalf. The strip light in the room below which was water damaged due to the leak was replaced. They are not cheap but fairly competitive and it suits us to use a company that gives us good advice and are trust worthy. Thank you guys!

  Bathroom fitting

  Absolutely outstanding work as usual. Left them the house keys whilst we were away and everything was perfect. The bathroom was extracted and a new one fitted to a very high standard.

  Leaking boiler

  They investigated a water leak and ruled out the upstairs toilet, hot and cold water feeds and the sink waste. They removed the boxing from around the boiler in the upstairs bathroom and found the source of the leak. They removed the overflow pipe, drilled a new hole in the wall and supplied a new pipe. Holes were then sealed. I find Prop Co very efficient and good at communicating. They give me detailed reports on their actions.

  Painting and decorating following water leak
