    Roof leak repairs and maintenance

    Tomas was excellent in all the work he completed for me. Very professional, keeping me fully informed of the status, what he had discovered and his recommendation to resolve. He shared with me video footage of before work commenced and after, once the work had been completed. He ensured that he tidied everything up at the end of the working day, taking all disposable rubbish with him. I would both recommend and use Tomas again.

    Flat roof repair and guttering

    I can't fault Proofcare for the quality of their work or time keeping. Tomas arrived when he said he would, carried out the work efficiently, and kept me updated with video messages while I was out. Highly recommend!

    Chimney re-pointing x 2, chimney pot fitting and re-flashing of chimney stacks

    Tomas was one of three asked to quote for the work. I instantly liked Tomas as his approach was affable and knowledgeable. His quote was very, very detailed and, although not the cheapest, gave me the confidence to choose him for the job. He kept me updated and sent pictures to show me what he was doing which was very helpful as I was never going to climb a ladder to see what was being done. I fully recommend Proofcare Ltd and Tomas. A pleasure to talk to and after the very messy work, you would not have know he’d been there as he tidied up completely. Highly recommended.

    Reliable and high quality work

    We have used Proofcare twice now for roof repair and also for maintenance. We found Tomas to be very reliable and tidy as well as effective at repairing various problems we had with our roof. Highly recommend Proofcare.

    Conscientious worker

    Between the last week of July and the first week of September Tomas removed the moss from my house and garage roofs, re-cemented and replaced tile where necessary, replaced the soffit, fascias and guttering. Tomas was conscientious and made sure that the work met his high standards. I'm very pleased with how each roof looks and not getting dripped on when it rains!
