  Emergency call out - leaking sink

  We called Neil out as our bathroom sink was leaking into electrics in the floor below. He arrived promptly, thoroughly assessed the situation and identified not just the root cause but other contributing factors, all of which he corrected or repaired. He kept us informed at all times and explained things in a straightforward manner. He was polite and cheerful throughout and clear about his charges. Would not hesitate to call on him again.

  Burst pipe fixed all damage repaired and decorated

  The reponse was immediate and our house was made safe the very next day the damage was cleaned up then upon agreement all the repair work was completed and the decorating was first class and we are very happy with this service
