The process went very smoothly. The machine was bigger than a domestic hoover/cleaner but easily fitted in the hall. The cleaning was done very thoroughly and efficiently - the carpet is old but it has made a big difference, eg the difference in shade where a small rug had been on the landing is not noticeable now at all. The initial cleaning when it was still damp looked ok but since it has dried after about 4 hours and then overnight it really looks so much cleaner and the dark marks at the front of the treads completely gone.

Brilliant service. Vlad you were so polite and helpful on the phone and I was able to book the appointment with ease and without having to wait a long time. The guys who came out were so professional, the mattress looks as good as new, I’m impressed!
