Recommened me to by my brother in law who had old carpets that came up really well; we had some carpets to be done and paid up front, and when prolux came round, the carpet cleaner said they were very old and were not going to come up welll and went through the stains, the sun damage etc, the wearing away etc in detail, and recommended we didn't get them cleaned. they issued a full refund straight away. we were really impressed by their professionalism and honesty. Giving them 10/10 for their work too as I saw their job on my bro in laws carpets and that was great.

The technician was perfectly on time, very friendly and diligent, and performed the services to the best standards, so everything a customer would want to see.
