Good detailed quotation for replacing broken gully. Arrived on time and carried out work to good standard, including making good. Provided work and completion photographs, and CCTV survey of linked drain.

David was thorough and knowledgable in finding the sources of the blockages which were causing the drainage problem I had. He explained carefully and showed evidence of where and why rainwater was pooling in various areas. He drew up a detailed plan of action with advice on areas which were priorities and others which could be left for now but may require intervention further down the line. I appreciated this as I didn’t feel under any pressure to have work done that wasn’t essential. The work was done to a high standard and David and his team were friendly and trustworthy

David was very polite. Arrived on time and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. He left everything spotless!! Even cleaner than it was before he started!!!! I cannot praise him highly enough and would definitely recommend him

I had a blocked pipe from my kitchen late in the evening. David responded very quickly. His work was excellent and he re-routed the problem pipe to prevent a recurrence of the blockage. He was highly professional throughout and did an excellent job. He will be my "go to" plumber if I need another one.

After having had a survey that recommended we investigate our soak away pipes, we employed Pro Logic to do the work. David Dennis was professional, kept us informed (it was fascinating to occasionally watch the process), he was able to reassure us as the job unfolded and helped us to understand what he was looking at and what kind of remedial action we might need to take. He did the best job at the time that he could to clear the pipes and we were left with the knowledge of what the options and next steps needed to be. Very helpful, courteous and informative.

David and Lewis were very courteous and explained what they would do before starting. The drain was blocked with roots which they cleared completely. Excellent service, would definitely use again
