After the recent storms we had, we unfortunately had major damages to our roof. Which also caused internal damages and water ingress. We contacted Prolink Group who came to site within 48 hours and measured up and also dealt with my home insurance on my behalf which was music to my ears as didn’t have the time to keep calling them for updates. Loss adjuster then visited to validate the clam. The team at Prolink have just completed the works and have been amazing start to finish, big thanks to everyone involved and the office for keeping me updated on he progress throughout.
