Existing tiles, felt and verges replaced with new membrane, battens, tiles and ridge and verges. Quick response to to quote, replied and picked up queries quickly. More than can be said of other companies. Details on materials agreed. All process managed and clearly communicated throughout - provides peace of mind. Timings agreed and team turn up when they said. Team polite, and get on with their work. Asked question when needed. Clear communication on when they would work and what they would do when weather was not great. Ensure areas were kept clean and more thorough tidy-up at the end.

ProLine did a great job fitting new downspouts at the rear of my house. Prompt, friendly and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would recommend.

As needed to stop pre-nest Starlings potentially damaging my loft, Chris and the lads came in promptly and replaced the bird guards in my guttering. The lads were skilled, quick, polite, tidy and were happy to answer all my questions. I’m very happy to recommend them to other customers.
