  We had our side wall repointed by Chris & Dave. They were very professional, polite and respectful when carrying out the work. They did a smashing job and cleaned up the area each day. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

  Good quality re-pointing, ensuring customer satisfaction

  Pro-Line quoted me for a large re-pointing job to the front of my house. The figure was competitive and the team was on-site soon after, when a suitable weather window occurred. They all worked extremely hard, completing the job within the day. A couple of minor snags were attended to within a few days, without question. Very satisfied with this job, so asked for a quote for the rest of the house. Also completed against time/weather pressures, the guys working late into the evening. Some additional work done, beyond the scope of the quote, without extra charge. Very pleased.

  Re-laying side and rear paving slabs.

  The guys did an excellent job re-laying the existing slabs which had subsided alongside the house causing numerous issues including trip hazards. They checked before removing roots from a hedge which had caused some of the problems and cleaned up the site nicely when they had done. This was a relatively small, one day remedial job which some other firms passed on as not worthwhile, but Proline managed to fit it in around their bigger jobs. So good communication was vital, to match our availability to openings in their schedule. A professional job from start to finish and done for a fair price.

  Proline were great from initial enquiry through to the completion of the works. They raked out, re-pointed and sealed a gable end to my property. The work was completed professionally and left clean and tidy.
