We recently had a new alarm system installed at our dental practice by Darren from Prolect Security, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Darren was professional, polite, and punctual throughout the entire process. His communication was clear and consistent, which made everything run smoothly and gave us complete confidence in the installation. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. It’s reassuring to know our practice is now protected by a reliable system installed by someone who clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Darren came out to replace the alarm panel. On fitting it was discovered the previous installer had locked the system down with an engineer code. Despite this Darren was able to source the necessary part to get over this issue and get the system back to full working order. Thank you

We have been really pleased with the level of service received. After searching online for a reputable company, I chose Prolect based on the reviews. We have not been disappointed. Darren has carried out an excellent job installing both CCTV and internal burglar alarm system. He worked solidly throughout and the work is exceptionally neat. Darren is very polite, approachable and thoroughly explained how to use the system. We had a couple of minor teething issues after the installation and Darren came straight back to adjust the system to our requirements. I would definitely recommend.

Following a recently built extension at our property we wanted to update our alarm system, and have a new CCTV system installed to help us feel safe and secure. Darren is a great worksman, he is very knowledgeable, and suggested a good solid system for our property and provided a prompt quotation. Work was carried out in one day, to a very high standard, no mess left behind, and once installed Darren took the time and effort to carefully explain how each system worked, and the various features which we might find handy, also saying if we had any questions at all do not hesitate to call. 10/10

Excellent service but very expensive. Did not return as promised

Darren was incredibly helpful fixing out intercom system. We had been told it needed to be replaced, and he came and tested the system and then carried out the repair. He was very easy to communicate with and arrange the appointment, very friendly and polite, and we were really impressed with his work. Will definitely use his service again, and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Darren
