  A refreshing change

  Ryan was a breath of fresh air when it comes to professional contractors. Ryan communicated well over text and when he said he would do something he did. This is not something I can say about many contractors. He was polite, turned up when he said he would and when through no fault of his own he was delayed he advised me of such. Ryan's pricing was realistic and it was a pleasure to have him and his Father in my home.

  Living Room Re-Plastered (Cottage)

  We had a leak over Christmas that damaged the living room ceiling in our cottage. Ryan came a reviewed the damage and suggest replacing the ceiling due to its age and current condition. We took his advice and then on day two decided to have the whole room re-Plastered. Ryan and his Dad were just superb. Great communication, very knowledgeable, they kept things clean and tidy (two young kids live in the house) and delivered the work in the timeframe they said they would. We will definitely use Ryan and his Dad again in the future if we need more work done in our cottage. 👍🏼

  I cannot fault Ryan. So pleased with the job, although more to do than expected. Ryan was professional, polite and did a superb job at a good price. Would highly recommend Prolay to anyone.

  Plastering of ceilings

  Contacted this company for a quote on a small plastering job absolutely excellent service! Received a message immediately to look at job and price which was very fair . Work undertaken was of a high standard and well carried out. Very happy !
