Our maintenance company used Project XI for the re-build of a 35m retaining wall that had collapsed. The team was dedicated, working in cold conditions to clear the site. They constructed the new wall to a very high standard, in a short timeframe, keeping the site clean at all times. When problems with the structural design were encountered, we worked together to find a workable solution. Project XI completed the work on budget and the residents were delighted with the results. I highly recommended Project XI.

Dan and his team were great to work with. Our garage conversion came along really quickly. The work was to a high standard and everyone who worked on the conversion were polite, pleasant and considerate.

We used Dan and his team at Project XI initially for a sizable extension and renovation of our property, and have used him since for other work. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it was refreshing that communication was always spot on - both before, during and after the build. We were highly satisfied with the quality of the work carried out and the professionalism of his team.

Project xi have recently completed a full refurbishment and extension of our bungalow in Tytherington. Dan and his team have done an excellent job. Not only are they good craftsmen , but they are all very friendly and helpful. Our son worked closely with Dan ,acting as a sort of project manager. Dan was very adaptable, suggesting both little and big changes ,which have enhanced both the interior and exterior. The bungalow looks superb,and the quality is 5 star.
