Recently had solar panels installed by Project Solar, good communication from company about how the project will work. Electricians and Solar Panel arrived as planned. Good communication from them about what they are doing and how the solar panel system works. All in all it was very good service and work.

From the initial on-line enquiry to the installation the whole team were great, no heavy sales push to get you to sign, they ran over what would be needed and provided step by step details on what would happen and when, sometimes they did repeat calls, but always the same pleasant efficient confirmation, when the installation team completed they went through everything helped my wife set up the app to monitor the system and again very patient and no rush i have passed on their details to 4 other members of our family and they all have had the same professional experience through.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, no matter how many times I asked them to repeat or keep me informed or even talk me through how to do things on my laptop and correct my mistakes without laughing at me or making me feel small. We had Project Solar install a massive system as we use a lot of electric. We have had 29 panels and a 30kw battery installed. Our daily bills with Octopus went from £25 a day at peak to an average of £4.10 over the last few weeks. I am stunned just how much its saved us and its added value to our home too.
