Booking and payment systems were easy and efficient. Polite and courteous and got on with the job. Turned up on time and I was texted ahead of time as well and given an on ETA which was very good. Cleaned up after finishing the job

overall, I'm pleased with the results. Trevor arrived on time and worked efficiently, completing the job within the day. Trevor is also polite and keep the site tidy.

The work that was done to insulate my son’s attic was excellent. This was true from when the assessment was made and quote was given to the completion of the work. The work was due to take two days but from circumstances beyond their control the first day was impossible. To remedy this, two people came to ensure the job was done in time. Because we were on a tight time scale this was much appreciated. They were a pleasure to have working and did an excellent job and were good humoured on an exceptionally hot day. They were clean and tidy ensuring that everything was it should be at the end.

We had our loft insulation replaced with 300mm and it boarded, a new hatch installed and a ladder. The workspeople were very polite, and on time. Some of the finer details were missed, but were picked up on by me and some of them rectified. The hatch wasn't perfect, but due to the constraints of our home it was to be expected, but we would have preferred for them to discuss the finer details beforehand. The people were very easy to communicate with in person, and the people on the phone were very responsive and helpful.

Questions answered when booking, provided competitive quote, and arranged suitable date. Installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently, enabling me to get on with other things, helped move stuff out of loft as requested, showed photos of work done and vacuumed up at end.
