a great experience with a tradesperson / worker who communicated well, replied fast, did good work, and knew their job.

From the start, he was organised, knowledgeable, and clearly knew his craft. He was respectful, let me explain what I needed, then reviewed photos and videos I'd sent — pointing out my original request was already installed in my house. Since that wasn't needed, I asked him to install an external pipe for an extension that had never been fitted properly. He arrived on time, fully prepared, and finished the job quickly and neatly. He also fixed another pipe that had been bothering me, taking the extra time needed, and left the area spotless afterwards.

He explained what's wrong with my whistling tap. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ricki was clear in all communication prior to coming to the house to complete the work. While on site was very professional in all that he did and it was completed in a timely manner

Really happy with the job. Communication was spot on back and forth. It turned out to be a bigger job than first thought so it needed requoting, but they sorted that quickly and got the new toilet fitted. They bought the toilet, were upfront and professional about pricing, and the workmanship was great. Paid a fair price. Would highly recommend.

he came did the job . very nice young man easy to talk to . did a great job putting new outside tap in . to early to tell as got to let it dry. but pleased its done so ty . would get him again if i needed a plumber .
