was friendly, polite and was very helpful in showing us were to valves are on the boiler incase if we ever need to fill up the water in the boiler system and his rate of charging were very decent too

I am very pleased with the quality of the work carried out. The boiler repair and tap replacement were completed to a good standard and the finished result is excellent. Charlie kept in touch regarding tap delay and completed the work professionally. Would highly recommended and would use again.

Charlie was a prompt communicator and competitively priced for his services. He was polite and efficient in his work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

The work completed was fantastic. However they did not show up on the day agreed and when I rang them they told me there had been an issue with their booking system, they did turn up first thing the following day though. As part of the price I was suppose to receive a gas safe certificate for the work, which I didn’t, I then message afterwards to enquire about this and my message was not replied to.

After having our hot water "fixed" a few weeks ago we found issues with no hot water and no idea why. Chris was polite, listened and managed to fit me in when I communicated that it was urgent. He fixed the issue in a few minutes, which was created by the previous work. A Fanta chap and we will be using him going forward
