Reliable, efficient, pleasant. Removed the concreted-in grate and unblocked the drain in an hour. Would recommend.

Joe was prompt to answer my enquiry and came the same afternoon. He was courteous throughout and thorough in his investigations. He solved the issue of smelling drains within our house and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I think we have found our new plumber!

Needed my bath unblocking and Joe was excellent. He talked me through where the issue may be and wanted to try a solution without removing bath panel. In the end had to remove it and Joe cleared the blockage, cleaned up was super friendly. Will be using Proflo again

Joe was excellent from start to finish. He arived on time with a courtecy call advising when to expect him. He then went about looking for the reason why there was a leek and discovered the reason and explained what needed to be done to rectify. He showed me photos so I could undeestand what the cause was. He replaced the cold water supply T fitting after isolating the water supply. Now as good and new. He cleaned up any mess. He was 100% professional, very friendly and understanding of my disability with my MS. I would recommend Joe to those who are looking for a plumber. Thank you.
