I locked myself out of my flat, and the Profix Locksmith team arrived in less than 20 minutes. They were friendly, efficient, and didn’t damage the lock. Excellent service all around.

Following a house break-in leaving me with a uPVC door that could be neither closed nor secured, a locksmith with a replacement door-length lock was required urgently. Someone from PRO FIX, via Checkatrade, was able to secure the door temporarily, then after a day's delay awaiting delivery of the necessary gear the work was done speedily. Price was as quoted at the start; very polite - and a nice guy.

He arrived very quickly and ascertained what was wrong. He gave me a price for the repair and ordered the parts. Phoned the following morning to arrange to carry out the lock repair. He arrived within the hour and carried out the work satisfactoryly.
