  I was looking for a G3-certified engineer to inspect my unvented hot water cylinder which was causing high bills. Edris quickly identified and resolved the issue.   We had both a boiler repair and a full boiler replacement carried out, and everything was excellent from start to finish. Very punctual, friendly and professional. Every step was clearly explained, all problems were identified and fully fixed, and the job was completed properly with real attention to detail.   My electric shower failed after 20 years plus in service. Edris from Profix Contractors Ltd came out a few days later to replace it. He did the job on Christmas Eve, which is rare and very convenient since I was on leave from work. The job took less than two hours. Edris removed the old shower, made adjustments to the pipes behind, installed the new shower and tested it to ensure function. Additionally, he filled some old drill holes with sealant, refixed the front bath panel, cleared up the packaging and cleaned the area, leaving it ready for use. There were no problems.
