  My electric shower failed after 20 years plus in service. Edris from Profix Contractors Ltd came out a few days later to replace it. He did the job on Christmas Eve, which is rare and very convenient since I was on leave from work. The job took less than two hours. Edris removed the old shower, made adjustments to the pipes behind, installed the new shower and tested it to ensure function. Additionally, he filled some old drill holes with sealant, refixed the front bath panel, cleared up the packaging and cleaned the area, leaving it ready for use. There were no problems.

  Edris was great with fixing our boiler. He came over twice, initially to find the problem and give us a temporary fix and then again to overhaul our system which is now up and running perfectly. He’s also great at explaining and diagnosing the issues. Always punctual, efficient and clearly extremely knowledgable. Can’t recommend enough!

  Edris came to fix my leaking boiler. He told me in advance when he was coming and was able to solve where the leak was coming from and then fix it. Since then it’s been working fine. Super efficient and even gave me insight into how it had all happened. Would recommend

  My experience with the company was excellent, they are extremely professional, punctual and cost effective, I needed a replacement heating element in my water tank which Edris was more than happy to talk me through the process and give me different options to fit my budget, he done a free of charge visit to quote it, he is very polite and respectful, when it came to the day to do the work, he arrived on time, got all the work done and it was a clean job, very knowledgeable, he even checked in with me a couple of hours later to make sure it was all good, 100% would recommend
