I have known Radek from Proficient Property Services for many years and he has done many jobs and projects for us. The projects range from installing new bathrooms, major reconstruction of internal room layouts, new kitchens, and large extensions on our home and on some of our rental properties. Radek built an extension on our house for us to create a kitchen living space and a downstairs shower toilet. He managed and completed the work on a tight timeline, including fixing some previously unknown serious drainage issues under our house. The work is always high-quality and Radek will happily work with you to find the best solution possible based on what you want, when you need it by and your budget.
