  Maintenance and Landlord support throughout

  Radek has been managing my property in Woking since over 8 years and he repaired and/or improved everything that I could needed: from interiors (new floors, decorating, mounting furniture, painting, woodwork) to garden and landscaping work - there is nothing that Radek and his team cant do at a very high level when it comes to quality and professionalism.

  Reliable, Honest and knowledgeable

  I have known Radek from Proficient Property Services for many years and he has done many jobs and projects for us. The projects range from installing new bathrooms, major reconstruction of internal room layouts, new kitchens, and large extensions on our home and on some of our rental properties. Radek keeps to his schedule, is hard working, knowledgable and totally trustworthy. I trust his opinion completely I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting a reliable and efficient company to do their work/project

  Excellent building company, dependable and remove the stress!

  Radek built an extension on our house for us to create a kitchen living space and a downstairs shower toilet. He managed and completed the work on a tight timeline, including fixing some previously unknown serious drainage issues under our house. The work is always high-quality and Radek will happily work with you to find the best solution possible based on what you want, when you need it by and your budget. I can’t recommend Proficient Property Services enough they are dependable , friendly and flexible.

  Excellent service, quality work

  I have used PPS Ltd a couple of times and find Radek and his team a joy to deal with. The work is performed quickly and well, costs are appropriate and they can just be left to get on with it. It's about as stress free as you can get.

  We have had various pieces of work carried out by Radek and his team over the years. Highly recommended for the quality of his work from extensions, bathrooms, painting and general maintenance. Quotes are honest and reasonable and the team are always very tidy.

  Extension and renovation.

  Double storey extension - We recently had a double storey extension completed by Radek and his team. We are incredibly happy with the work carried out. From the initial contact with Radek right up until the end of the project we felt at ease with every stage of the project.
