I have to give this company the highest of praise. They were remarkable. They removed the Sprayfoam Insulation from my loft very well. Their team worked extremely hard, were always on time, always polite & smiling and clean. Such lovely people and a lovely company. Just very straight forward and honest. I had interviewed most of the Sprayfoam removal companies and it was a minefield of rogue traders and false information. Some companies were saying they had to cut a hole in my roof to remove the sprayfoam! - This is not true. Other companies were just trying to rip me off.

I needed spray foam removal from the roof. I had various quotes, and this company seemed to be the most professional. From the initial visit where Mike put on shoe protection to avoid bringing dirt into the house. Then giving a quote (which is a fixed price), rather than an estimate (which could change). The communication was good. They only dropped 1 point as on the commencement of the job they were an hour late, and a simple phone call explaining the delay would have been fine. The job was completed in the agreed timescale and left tidy.

Oscar and his two colleagues worked non stop for two days and cleared our loft of closed cell spray foam. They did a great job and were always keen to answer any questions that we had. They disposed of everything when they were finished and left the loft and house clean and tidy.

A team of three removed CLOSED CELL foam insulation which had been sprayed directly onto old roof tiles. Being asthmatic, it was important that the job was done safely and cleanly. The men were hard-working, courteous and highly skilled. They were also quiet, an unexpected bonus. Shoe covers were worn, hand sanitiser was used and my carpet was protected by plastic. I was kept informed via discussions and photos at every stage. Mike, the team leader, was exceptional in his knowledge, communication and professionalism. What a relief! Awarded 5*s. Excellent job.
