Have used this company before. I cannot fault the service provided, the employees are skilled and workmanship is of a high quality. Communication was very good, I was kept informed of what was happening as the works progressed. If there were any issues, solutions were always found. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will continue to use them in future.

Right from the start, we were hugely impressed by PPS’s professional and friendly approach. Everything was precisely costed and estimates adhered to. We were greatly impressed with their attention to detail and the reliability of their fitters, painters and electrician. Great care was taken to minimise the disruption inevitably caused by the process and the project has finished exactly on time as predicted. We would highly recommend PPS to anyone looking for a high standard of service.

Kevin did a wonderful job repointing the flintwork at the front of my old Grade 11 listed property. It has really improved the look of the property aesthetically and will also protect it from any water ingress due to wet weather going forward. Two years after the repair, we are back to where we started and considerably worse. Whilst the erection of the scaffold and punctuality of the team was without hitch, we now hold our breath whenever it rains. Bathroom ceiling is now destroyed from water ingress through light fixture. Returned twice, once to clear down pipe. Another time to inspect new leak. Had a newroofer out to inspect the work and quote remedial repair to be done, his notes suggest previous contractor didn’t overlap the liner high enough. The rain pours over and back into the roof space. Pics available.

Everything was done exceedingly well to a very high standard, all workers were polite and reliable and turned up on time and worked hard, and I have received very favourable comments from neighbours on the work that's been done. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again
