Pete was flexible and fitted me in the same day to install a number of new lights for me. He was friendly and did a great job. Quick, tidy and affordable - I would highly recommend him and use him again for any future jobs.

Electrical report / EICR

We required an electrical report as we live in a fairly old property that needs to be updated to current standards. I was called pretty quickly by the company and had an appointment on the 13th of June. The person who came was polite, on time, checked fairly comprehensively. He made me pay the £170 before he left. 1 month later, still no report. I contacted them last week (3 weeks after the check) to obtain a time scale. I was told it would be investigated and I would be "informed ASAP". A week later, sill nothing... I am considering to report them to Trading Standard and I want a refund.

Electrical Installation Report

We hired Pete and Vinnie as we needed an Electrical Installation Certificate (EICR). Unfortunately we needed to rectify a few things before we could pass but we were able to do those with Vinnie coming back in the following week. Very easy to deal with, professional, would definitely recommend.

Rewire

Having a rewire will never be a pleasurable experience. True to form, this was an utterly terrible 3 weeks of my life, redeemed only by the patience, reliability, diligence and sense of fun that Peter and his team bought to the job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my electrical needs having worked with them!

Electrical appliances not working through out the house

Zoe who I spoke with was polite , knowledgeable and professional on the phone. Talked me through how to get the power back on and what to do if it ever cuts out again. 10/10 service especially when I had bad customer service from a larger Buisiness recently. I think she should be praised.

Flat rewiring

The guys were very professional and thorough with their work, which they managed to finish quicker than expected, which was a definite bonus. They were always polite and helped me considerably to deal with moments of stress that a major job like this can cause for the property owner!
