Very professional job conducted by Danny who was courteous and thorough. He went out of his way to minimise disruption as we had a newborn in the house.

Stephen and colleague arrived on time. We were given some good professional advice on dealing with the problem. We were not charged for this. Very happy to recommend pro dry.

Pro-dry diagnosed Problem from previous builder’s work. Damp in flank wall coming in behind built in fridge freezer. Awkward access and tight space. Prep was careful and considerate, as was the remedial work. All was put back in place and clean up was thorough. Very pleased.

Stephen was professional and efficient in giving a quote for treatment of Dry Rot on a property purchase. Gave honest feedback and alternative route to remedy the problem without having to undertake major work. Will definitely be hiring him in the future.
