  An estimated 2 day job was completed in just one. Bonus! The technician was quick, efficient and cleaned up after each installation. There was a little delay in the appointed electrician's arrival (to complete the extractor fan installation in the bathroom) but the technician chased him up and he arrived around 6pm and did a super tidy job. Luckily there is no damp this time of year, but I now look forward to the wetter months where the work can truely be tested!

  Damp Proof Work

  Callum from Procure was exceptional from my inital call to come & survey the damp in our property to the work being carried out. He was knowledgeable about all types of damp & explained everything in simple terms that we would understand.   It started badly with the wrong surveyor being sent to me. However all was rectified quickly and the job ran smoothly on from the correct survey being done to using a competent person to do the work It came in on time

  Treating rising damp in bathroom

  Procure Damp Proofing Group were excellent at treating the rising damp in my bathroom. After a bad start with the wrong person assessing my problem, Procure sent the right person and from then onwards the job ran smoothly. People arrived on time and did what they were meant to do. All my queries were solved quickly and professionally. After completing my job as specified, Procure tidied up and safely disposed of the debris and rubbish. They sent my 20 year guarantee when I paid the final amount. I have no hesitation in recommending the Procure Damp Proofing Group

  Ventilation and mould growth problems

  We were having problems with condensation and mould growth. Having researched how to solve our issues we decided to have a PIV system installed and I can recommend Callum and his team very highly indeed. From survey to job completion they have been excellent.
