  So I had Pat from proton roofing and property maintenance LTD very representable he came around inspected my roof which I had two leaks in my ceilings and two bedrooms. He located the issue within 10 minutes and was very reasonable price compared to other companies but work was carried out in timeframe as he said and I strongly recommend this company and will definite use again. I’ve also recommended to friends and family which they have used also.

  I recently hired ProCraft Roofing & Property Maintenance to carry out some work at my house after I saw the company advertised in a Checkatrade brochure through my front door. I reached out to Patrick at ProCraft who was responsive and helpful straight away. Within 48 hours he’d visited me and quoted for the work. Happy with the quote his team were on site within days and repaired a rotten fascia, cleaned and removed all moss from my roof and power washed the paving around my house. The results speak for themselves as my neighbour quickly hired them to do the same for them too. The roof looks
