George has installed 15 Samsung units for our company across both our loft conversion and large extension projects. I placed an emergency call out due to my air conditioning unit not working. After placing the call out, Procooling attended very quickly, diagnosed the issue and got my unit back up and running. Very friendly guy who clearly had good knowledge of my Daikin unit. All at a reasonable price too.

Everything was fixed quickly and efficiently, workman was very polite and helpful giving knowledge on the system.
