  The telephone booking process to have our carpets cleaned was very straightforward and immediately followed up with email confirmation of all that had been agreed. On the day our technician arrived promptly: he explained the cleaning process, was efficient and careful. A very pleasant young man who did a great job, our carpets look lovely.
