Brian was very friendly & professional. He did a great job on my stairs & landing. There were very stubborn stains on the landing which he managed to clean. I would highly recommend.

After a spillage on our new laid carpet and an attempt to clean it myself, with a rug doctor and carpet cleaning products, I finally admitted defeat and called Brian . Brian answered my query immediately and gave me honest feedback. Brian is such a lovely gentleman who is professional in every way and we are very happy with the results. It really puts our minds at ease knowing we have such a wonderful service on our doorstep.

My whole experience with Brian was excellent. He responded very quickly to my query via CheckATrade and gave me a clear overview of the process, a competitive quote and was able to answer all my questions and meet my needs of quite urgent availability. I was really impressed by the quality of his work - he managed to do a brilliant job clearing up some mould stains on the carpet which he had warned could be tricky to remove. As a result of a botched deep cleaning of my carpets by another company, I was left with large patches saturated with water on my carpets and no part of my carpets were drying.I rang Brian late evening in a panic and desperate.He was so helpful and calm on the phone and came to my property within 5 mins to sort the issue out which he did with efficiency, professionalism and showed great kindness. He drained all the excess water away and set my mind at ease.He showed great integrity in saying I didn’t need him back to re clean when others may have.Would highly recommend for excellent service!

Brian messaged to let me know that he was on his way and was on time for the appointment. He very friendly throughout and talked through what needed to be cleaned and explained what he was going to do. He was very tidy in a small house and put protectors under the furniture where needed. He did a fantastic job and our carpets and rugs look really clean again, we didnt think they could look this good. Should be dry in four hours. We would recommend Brian and would have him back to clean our carpets again.
