Phil has performed our annual boiler service for the past couple of years. We are very happy with the work performed (which included the replacement of parts which Phil had in his van), the efficiency and tidyness of work performed and the clear communications are excellent.

I sent my request over the bank holiday weekend and Phil replied the same day. He fitted me in on the first working day after the weekend, kept me up to date about his arrival, was clear about the repair needed, had the parts required on his van, and did an effective and thorough job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
