Needed a sum repair on my boiler , and Phil promptly add the replacement part on is van, he also notice that the manifold was not fit for purpose, something that was missed on my annual boiler service done last week. very communicative and explained why the need to replace the manifold also. very please with the work done .

We were very pleased with the boiler service undertaken by Phil. He came to our property promptly and was courteous and professional throughout. He took time explain carefully one issue with the boiler that emerged during the service. Phil’s customer communication before his visit was excellent. We would definitely recommend him.

Phil has performed our annual boiler service for the past couple of years. We are very happy with the work performed (which included the replacement of parts which Phil had in his van), the efficiency and tidyness of work performed and the clear communications are excellent.

I sent my request over the bank holiday weekend and Phil replied the same day. He fitted me in on the first working day after the weekend, kept me up to date about his arrival, was clear about the repair needed, had the parts required on his van, and did an effective and thorough job.
