Phil contacted me to let me know when to expect him, arrived on time and got to work. Boiler would have failed but Phil was able to supply and fit replacement part that had failed since previous service.

Boiler serviced and degraded seals replaced. Engineer called ahead, arrived on time, had the parts in his van and did a thorough job. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will use again.

Phil responded to our repair request on a Sunday afternoon and his lead time was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and repaired our issue first time. I had several responses but Phil from Pro Boiler Care Ltd was the only person to actually turn up when he said and who gave prior notification of same. He was very polite and friendly. Fixed and serviced the boiler extremely efficiently. Very pleased with his work.

Phil arrived within the time given. he noticed that the boiler exhaust outside was in need of repair. I explained the problem and after a visual of the boiler he requested access to the area where the pump was as he belived it was US. He only toutched the pump to inform me that is was US. He had a replacement on his van and carried out the replacement. A definate Tradesman.

Boiler service - professional, quick and straightforward. Will book again next year.
