  Same day Battery change

  Jess was excellent in sorting our battery out. She took my call in the morning and within a few hours, she had sourced the right battery and fitted to the car. She talked through what she had done with me and made sure everything was working before she left. She also spotted a couple of other areas of the car to keep an eye that she had noticed. Would highly recommend

  jump start car to get to mot

  all I can say is jess is amazing, she was so efficient and when we couldn't get the car started I went an bought new battery and she fitted it for me, if I could give a 10* rating I would. I have found myself a new mobile mechanic.

  broken flexi brake pipes

  jess was amazing we had several people off here promises to come out. jess is only one that turned up. she came Tuesday removed brake pipes,we drove to Cheltenham to get new s its American rv so nothing local, she then came back this afternoon fitted both, bled the brakes and did a truly great job. I cannot recommend this young lady enough,she not only showed up but did persevere until everything was up and running safely. thank you jess we will definitely be using you again

  Code 89 Causing Concern

  In a word, Jess was unbeatable. Quick to respond with some potential solutions before I'd even confirmed the job, she was a constant source of information and kept me well updated on her progress. Even when she was caught by a flat tire, Jess simply hopped into another vehicle and still got to me on time! Whilst I was lucky in that there were no issues with my car (short of being low on coolant) having that confirmed by a professional took a weight off my shoulders. Topping that all off with a cheery demeanour and a quick turnaround, and I can be sure I won't lose this number any time soon!
