Yiannis from Probe Construction came through after some cowboy builders had left our home with a half-finished and poor-quality refurbishment. He stepped in and did a fantastic job completing the work. He installed shelves, fixed plumbing issues, did paint touch-ups, mounted two TVs and over 20 pictures, and sorted out a tricky door problem, along with a few other small tasks. He also refitted a poorly installed shower and resolved a blocked toilet — both left in bad shape by a previous plumber. Yiannis was punctual, professional, and delivered high-quality workmanship. Yiannis arrived to the minute of our appointment which is always a wonderful start. He’s spotless and lovely and did a brilliant and thorough job. He was also very good on advising me about unrelated jobs I needed doing. His attitude is so good - a can do rather than a scratching beard “this is going to be tricky” attitude! I wish I had more bathroom jobs to give him! And he also not only knew and recommended a tiler but sent him photos of my kitchen floor and got him to quote for me! Just brilliant! Ps I ticked painter decorator as the plumbing section didn't come up.

Excellent experience, Yoannis and his team arrived on time at very short notice and went above snd beyond to complete the job. All at a reasonable price.

Yiannis is super responsive and you can expect him/his team to arrive on time and be ready to start. Very friendly and easy to deal with. They did a super professional job, were attentive to detail, and within the quote. I’m very pleased with the result!
