A year in the planning and execution. So worth the wait. I cannot praise Rafal enough. He listened to what I wanted, was able to reassure me it was possible and was quick to respond to queries. I immediately felt he was the right guy when he covered his shoes when coming to quote. Rafal was neat and tidy and throughout the whole process of the bathroom renovation checked in to make sure that we were happy with the height of units, the layout of the tiles, recesses or not. So good to be consulted and everything double checked to make sure it fitted. Would I recommend 100%. Absolute gem.

Everything was completed on time and to a high standard. The specifications and design ideas that I gave were kept to and I'm very happy with the result! Where it was not possible or not advisable to do things the way I had originally thought then this was discussed in a friendly way and a solution found that was as close to my ideas as practically possible. Would definitely use Pro Bathroom Fitters again if I had another bathroom to do.

Raf and Bart are a rate breed of tradesmen in my experience, maintaining a sense of personal pride in the work they are doing. At the end of each day everything was made clean and tidy, with care and thought. From a skilled tradesman you want them to turn up, and use their skills to do the best they can, to build it like they own it... which they do. Of course we encountered project challenges along the way, but Raf and Bart always give the sense they want an outcome that pleases the customer, and a job they feel proud of doing. No hesitation in recommending and I am a fussy bugger!

If you are looking for a new bathroom then Pro Bathroom Fitters are the people to use. Rafal listened to what we wanted from our new en-suite and how we wanted it to look and made it happen. Rafal was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond in the build up to the world commencing. Throughout the build Rafal and Bart were extremely efficient and worked non-stop. The area was also left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Because of Rafal & Bart’s hard work the en-suite was completed in a timely manner, the finish is fantastic and better than we’d hoped for.

Two bathrooms refitted and modernised in three days. A perfect, clean and superb job by Rafal happy to recommend to anyone looking for a high quality pro.
