  Install 3 x AC units in a house

  Alex failed to turn up for either of the appointments we had arranged for him to provide a quote. On the first occasion, I only realised he wasn’t turning up when I contacted him beforehand to check, only to be told he would not be attending. On the second occasion. I tried to contact him after the missed event and I am yet to receive a response or apology for waiting in for him not to arrive. I cannot provide feedback of his work as we never got that far but he gets 0 for reliability

  Installing 3 air con units to family home

  Alex and the ProAir team did a fantastic job installing 3 air con units to our home. He suggested a much better way to run the ducting than I had planned, meaning we didn’t have to have so much showing on the external walls. The finish is neat and precise and the multi-functional systems have transformed how we can enjoy the house.. in all weather! Will be using Alex to service the units ongoing. Highly recommend.
